Conditions

a) These conditions shall form the basis of the contract between the seller and the buyer in relation to the sale of goods.

b) All orders for goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase goods from the Seller.

c) Acceptance of delivery of the goods shall be deemed to be conclusive evidence of the buyer’s acceptance of these conditions.

d) These conditions represent the whole of the agreement between the seller and the buyer.

e) If we run out of a certain item we will contact you with a suitable replacement, which will be of the same or greater value. If you do not want this product, you may cancel your order and we will refund you if payment has already been taken.

 

 

Price

a) All prices are shown besides the relevant products on the website and prices shown are not inclusive of delivery costs. The price shall be the price given on the seller’s confirmation of order in the basket on checkout on the Southeast Tunerz Website for goods/products selected.

b) The delivery cost will be shown/added once the order has reached completion and viewed at checkout to be completed.

c) Goods have to be paid for by the buyer before the products are shipped from Southeast Tunerz Ltd.

d) The buyer shall pay all invoices in full and not exercise any rights to set off or counter claim against invoices submitted by the seller.

e) We except several different methods of payment (Credit/Debit Cards/Paypal) so please choose the correct payment choice

Goods
a) The quantity and description of the goods shall be as set out in the seller’s confirmation of order.

b) The quantity and description together with photographic images as displayed on the Southeast Tunerz website.

This is used to provide as much detail as possible regarding the product purchased, but may from time to time, contain variances.

 

Out of Stock Items

If we run out of a certain item we will contact you with a suitable replacement, which will be of the same or greater value. If you do not want this product, you may cancel your order and we will refund you if payment has already been taken.

 

Cancellations

​

Once the goods have been shipped the order cannot be cancelled. Any cancellations that have been refunded will not include delivery costs.

 

Liability

​

Southeast Tunerz at the time of delivery correspond to the description given by the seller in the confirmation of order. All other conditions or terms relating to fitness for purpose, quality or conditions of the goods are excluded.

 

Delivery of the goods

a) Delivery of the goods shall be made to the buyer’s address and as agreed in advance of any delivery agreement. The buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the goods on the specified delivery timeline stipulated by the seller for delivery.

b) The seller undertakes to use its reasonable endeavours to dispatch the goods on an agreed delivery date, but does not guarantee to do so. Time of delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract.

c) The seller shall not be liable to the buyer for any loss or damage whether arising directly or indirectly from the late delivery or short delivery of the goods.

d) The sellers shall not be liable for any item that does not arrive, is not available or is damaged in the course of transportation. This is the nature of the trade.

 

Acceptance of the goods

a) The buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods 24 hours after delivery to the buyer.

b) The buyer shall carry out a thorough inspection of the goods as soon as practically possible of delivery, and shall give verbal or emailed notification to the seller within 24hours after the day of delivery of the goods and any defects which a reasonable examination would have revealed.

c) After the 24hours period the buyer has accepted, or has been deemed to have accepted the goods and the buyer shall not be entitled to reject or seek refund for the goods.
